Who we are

ANYSTOOL is a bilingual collection of browser-based utilities at https://anystool.com/. The tools are meant to be used immediately on a public webpage: convert a value, resize an image, format a snippet of text, then leave. There are no user accounts and no server-side workspace that stores what you typed or uploaded.

What happens when you use a tool

Tool logic runs in your browser. Files you drop onto an image or video tool, and text you paste into a formatter or converter, are processed on your device. We do not operate an upload API for those files, and we do not keep a copy of your inputs after you close the tab.

Some heavier tools download open-source engines (for example a WebAssembly build of FFmpeg) from our own domain so the work can stay local. That download is the library, not your media.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask you to register. We do not run a first-party analytics script on these pages today, and we do not sell a list of visitors. If we add a measurement product later, this policy will be updated before it ships.

Hosting and delivery still produce ordinary server logs at the CDN (Cloudflare): IP address, URL, user agent, and timestamps used to keep the site up and to block abuse. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.

Local storage on your device

A tool may remember a setting for the current session (for example a checkbox you just toggled) so the page does not fight you while you work. That state stays in the browser. Clearing site data for anystool.com removes it.

Advertising cookies

Pages may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

As a result of ad serving, Google and other third parties may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons or IP addresses to collect information. How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads You can also visit https://www.aboutads.info/ to opt out of some third-party personalized ads.

Children

The site is a general-purpose utility, not a service directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If the way we handle data changes — for example if we turn on a measurement script or change ad partners — we will update this page and the date below. The current version is the one published at https://anystool.com/en/privacy/
